KO-SO (meaning ‘Enzyme’) CAFÉ, as the name suggests,
is literally a café where we focus on the importance of “Enzyme”.
Enzymes are substances found in all living creatures (humans, animals and plants),
crucial for their life activity and underpin their vitality.
